Ready or Not, Here I Come!

Nathan French, Gig Harbor, WA

Prophetic word of the Lord given on February 27, 2021:

“Giant Slayers:  I am breaking down the systems that hinder My movement. I am releasing, by My Spirit, a tidal wave – not for destruction but for cleansing and empowerment. I will build up My fearless giant slayers in this hour.

Political Scene

“The political scene has been overtaken by fake news and information whores; those who prostitute the truth for lies because they love money and power. The love of money, as a root, is being dug out in this season. I am going after everything that is false and revealing to those who want truth, how to work with Heaven. Companies of people that come against My established truth and attempt to censor Me, the Lord GOD, have picked a fight with Heaven, and I tell you the truth, I am not going down.

Repent

“Hear the sound of many waters. Quickly repent if you have stood against Me, the Lord God Almighty. This dam is about ready to break. I replace every curse with blessing and destroy what the enemy sets up, as I use those chosen based on many factors.

“No one is perfect and I am gracious, but I am not leaving My throne. It’s not over. This battle has just begun and I will always seek to minimize causalities. There are reasons I wait for timing. Because I live outside of time, I see what affect that moving too soon could have. I use delay and I operate with the desired end in mind.

Faith and Love

“I have given free will because I love, and My love works by your faith. My faith works by love. My love in you brings My faith in you. Your faith in Me brings My love to you. Have faith and pray. Prayer prepares the way. Be ready to move as an individual. Every individual that follows My Spirit begins to connect with others who follow My Spirit. Many parts working together multiply the impact. You are not meant to work with everyone, so be sensitive on the who, the what, the when, and the where – not so much on the why.

Follow Me

“Following My Spirit is, in itself, an act of surrender and a point of divine connection bringing expansion. I am bringing together My tapestry, building up persons who will yield to My will to call on helpers to build the nets for the catch that is My harvest. Is it Trump? Is it Biden? What I am doing is much bigger than any one man or single woman.

“Look how I have used so many individual people in the past, and I shall continue to use each one who partners with Heaven’s army. One obedient servant can change the whole world, but remember that it is I who works in you both to will and to do according to My good pleasure.”

“Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.” (Philippians 2:12-13)

A Massive Harvest

“Is it this group or that? People want to know and understand but many are missing the deeper meaning. I am using all things to work for good.”

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28)

“Yes, I have a plan to bring in a massive harvest of souls. He who wins souls is wise. Kingdom funding is for souls and the wealth transfer is coming for this purpose. I am not just trying to provide comfort. I am releasing a revolution! [Revolution definition: a sudden, complete, or radical change in something.] Big names will fade, but My name as the King of kings will not, for I am with My Father and He is with Me. The Holy Spirit is with you and all who will believe and receive and respond in faith and obedient willingness to yield to My will.

Third Great Awakening

“You shall be the partakers in this third great awakening! Live like you know Heaven is at hand.”

“And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.'” (Matthew 10:7)

“My Kingdom has no end and My hosts are here to do business with those who think partnering with a defeated foe is the way to win. The reigning champion is about to make an appearance. There’s fire in My eyes and power in My wings. Angels are rushing forward to the assigned posts. Welcome to the ring! Choose your side.

“Heaven is open and this earth and all that is in it is My creation, and My creation must look to Me, the Creator, for salvation, because the fate of those who do not shall be sealed. Grab My hand while you still can. I am the Lord and I have a plan!”

Birthing from God’s Perspective

Encouragement for your Mission.

by Kim Potter, Dayton, TN

Recently I read a quote that impacted my heart and soul, and I want to share it with you today. Here is the quote:

“When someone is pregnant, she is not ‘expecting a child’ – she already has one. She is not ‘going to be a mother’ – she already is a mother. The baby is not ‘on the way,’ the baby has already arrived. If we are going to change the way society treats unborn children, we have to change the way we talk about them.” –Frank Pavone.

This quote caused a spiritual awakening in me concerning a principle we often hear taught and preached in the Church today. I don’t know how many sermons I have heard on giving birth over the past twenty-five years, but there have been many. As I pondered this quote, it became a timely revelation to me. The simple fact is that when we are in travail over a thing or a promise, this is the PROOF that it already exists and is a living, breathing thing.

Changing the Way We Think About the Birthing Process

I was reminded of a powerful truth. If we are going to change the way we go through the process of conception, travail and delivery, we must change the way we talk.

“‘Shall I bring to the moment of birth and not give delivery?’ says the Lord. ‘Or shall I who gives delivery shut the womb?’ says your God.” (Isaiah 66:9)

“… Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, be assured I will do it.” (Isaiah 46:11)

Whatever has been birthed in you – whether it was spoken to you either through the Word of God or through a prophetic word, or from God speaking it to you Himself, or however He spoke it – if He spoke it, then He will, without fail, bring it to pass.

God does not bring you to the moment of birth and not deliver. He is not a man that He should lie. The very fact that you are fighting for it, travailing for it, is the undeniable truth that it already exists. It is not something you are trying to create or speak into existence, it already is…just like as a baby already exists in a mother’s womb.

Let’s look closer at Isaiah 66:7: “Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child.”

In this verse the Hebrew word “travail” (chuwl) means “to twist, whirl about, dance, fear, tremble, be in anguish, be pained, to writhe (in travail with), bear, bring forth, to wait anxiously.” Have you ever felt any of these things as you are standing in faith for the promise God has given you? I know I have.

Also in this verse, to be “brought forth” (yalad) means “day of one’s being born” and “to show lineage.” It is essentially declaring one’s birth. It reminds me of what we hear from the doctor when a child is born: “It’s a girl,” or, “It’s a boy!” That baby wasn’t just created in the delivery room. Before it came forth, it was created nine months ago – in the very beginning it was a complete baby.

Now, let’s look at verse 12 in that same chapter: “For thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream…”

We are promised delivery of the very thing God has placed inside us; we are promised it will come to a time of fruition. For God says, “I will extend peace like a river!” Peace, here, is defined as “completeness, soundness, welfare, safety, soundness (in body), health, prosperity, quiet, tranquility, contentment, peace from war” – nothing broken or missing in your life. This is what comes at the destined time of delivery.

Your Reward

I know most of you already know this, but God has a great plan for you. He has not made you promises that He can’t fulfill…if He said it, He shall bring it to pass. There is a reward for the spiritual “baby” that you have been carrying – the reward is the delivery. And, again, the very fact that you are carrying it declares that it is a completed work, something that already exists! It is already done! It is already complete! It is already yours!

Psalm 127:3 says that the “fruit of the womb” is your reward! Your reward is real. It is not something you are hoping for. No! It is already done!

The Voice of the Lord Brings the Delivery

Let me share another Scripture with you that I found to be insightful. Psalm 29:9 (ESV) tells us that the voice of the Lord makes the deer give birth. I believe this is true for us as well. I know that many times in my life God has given me a specific word that has brought me through a season. He has given me a Scripture to stand on until I see the birth of what I am praying for. I am sure He has done the same for many of you.

Years ago, He gave me a Scripture and told me, “This is your life Scripture.” I can’t tell you how many times over the past 25 years I have been reminded of this very Scripture – and it has been bringing forth the birth, as I have stood on this word spoken from the very voice of God. The Scripture is found in Psalm 27:13: “I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.”

Today, I pray that God will speak to you, and that you will hear His voice as He speaks a word to you that will cause delivery to spring forth. May you see the promise of God manifest right before your eyes. May we see, today, HIS goodness, which already exists, come to a time of delivery in each of our lives.

Fear The People

Something happened to me in Bakersfield that I was totally unprepared for. It was something I observed in the people. The crowds did not surprise me, because I knew there was a deep hunger for Christ in California.

The miracles did not surprise me, because their faith was high and the presence of God to heal was intense.

Even the remarkable mass conversions to Christ were not a surprise because, once again, I am deeply aware of how open people are to Jesus in this suffering State of California.

My surprise came from seeing the potential of everyday people to topple giants. “Where the people fear the government, you have tyranny. Where the government fears the people, you have liberty.” Some attribute that quotation to Thomas Jefferson. Perhaps. But all I know is this: what I saw on Friday night is the power that should make politicians very afraid.

There was a moment in the service where the power of God fell on the crowd and a roar came out of them. Of course, I have heard many roars in many rallies, but this was different. This was a cry so deep and so real that the people became one voice, with one passion.  I kept waiting for the roar to subside, but it did not.  I kept thinking this will level off, but it did not.  I believe it is a sign of big things to come…

…The people of God have weapons that are not carnal (physical), but are mighty through God. The power I am describing is not physical violence…

Read On: FEAR THE PEOPLE

Commit Your Works

Are you confused, and do not know what to do? Are you overwhelmed? Such painful doubts are the result of losing your peace in the LORD. But it can be easily recovered, if you commit your works to Him. He will settle, comfort, and strengthen you.

And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.” (1 Peter 5:10)

In a sinful and uncertain world, where you cannot know even tomorrow, there are often doubts, fears, perplexities, and worries. But this is not the life God desires or planned for His children. He can and will take your painful cares away, if you commit all to Him. His promised, permanent presence will bring contentment and courage (Hebrews 13:5-6).

Commit your works to the Lord, and He will establish your plans. (Proverbs 16:3)

Peter wrote about the LORD’s tender care, “Casting all your care upon him; for he cares for you” (I Peter 5:7). And David, who faced many and severe difficulties, wrote with confidence and experience, “Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved” (Psalm 55:22). Believe both promises!

Paul wrote, “Be anxious for nothing – and the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7).

Jesus comforted, “Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself” (Matthew 6:34). This great comfort is based on His ability and care, and all you need to do to obtain it is trust Him and seek His kingdom first (Matthew 6:25-33).

How To Commit Your Works

  • You commit your works to the LORD by doing everything His way. Esteem His precepts to be perfect and sufficient (Proverbs 3:7; Psalm 119:128). If you totally leave your own understanding, and in all your ways acknowledge Him, He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Joshua found taking the first walled city in Canaan to be easy doing it the LORD’s way. (Joshua 6:20)   Overwhelmed as a parent? Perfect knowledge is right here in the book of Proverbs.
  • You commit your works to the LORD by doing them unto Him. “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God” (I Corinthians 10:31). “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him” (Colossians 3:17). Everything works out for those loving God, for they are the ones appointed to glory according to His eternal purpose. (Romans 8:28)
  • You commit your works to the LORD by turning them over to Him. You do this by prayer with thanksgiving (Philippians 4:6; Colossians 4:2). If you keep your mind fixed on the LORD Jehovah, rather than your dilemmas, you will find perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3-4). When facing a great army, Jehoshaphat led a public prayer meeting, where he prayed among other things, “Neither know we what to do” (2 Chronicles 20:1-19). God fought the battle for Him! The Lord Jesus said, “Let not your heart be troubled – believe also in me” (John 14:1).
  • You commit your works to the LORD by trusting Him for the results. It is vain and distressing when you think the results depend on you. The results depend on Him, and He suggests you take a nap (Psalm 127:1-2)! Once you have committed to Him and made reasonable plans, turn the rest over to His gracious and sovereign will (Proverbs 16:9; Psalm 37:3-7; James 4:13-15). Such trust will fix and establish your heart without fear, regardless of your situation (Psalm 112:7-8).

Surrounded with enemy armies on all sides, Joab once committed an important battle to the LORD, and he had a great victory (2 Samuel 10:9-14). Two widows, uncertain of their future, sent one to glean, with both trusting in their great Father in heaven: the gleaner obtained much food for both, but she also got a rich husband for a family. (Ruth 2:1-23)

Paul knew the truth of this proverb as well as any. He faced more difficulties at any one time than you could even imagine in a lifetime. But he said, “We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed” (2 Corinthians 4:8-9). He had committed his works to the LORD.

Dear reader, what troubles you today? What faces you that distresses your mind? Commit your works unto the LORD, and He will establish your thoughts. Do them His way; do them unto Him; turn them over to Him in prayer; and trust Him for the results. He will take care of you immediately, by blessing you with contentment, peace, and assurance.

Jesus Christ faced the ultimate challenge and difficulty in the horrifying work to redeem the elect on the cross of Calvary, but He committed Himself to the LORD (1 Peter 2:23).   He was heard, and an angel came and strengthened Him (Hebrews 5:7-10; Luke 22:43).

You should also, doing well in obedience, commit the keeping of your soul to your faithful Creator (I Peter 4:19).

The same servants will minister unto you (Psalms 34:7; Hebrews 1:13-14).

Prayer

“The Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden, and there He put the man whom He had formed. “ (Genesis 2:8)

Many people, especially new Christians, find themselves pondering over one problem more than any other:

“If God is all-powerful, and if He can do anything He wants, and if He loves us and wants to give us benefits, then why are we in this mess and why do we have to pray?”

Good question.  The answer goes back to the beginning of the world:

“Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” (Genesis 1:26)

Here is God exercising His supreme creative power not only to create mankind, but also to give man a function and an ability. He could have created men like a bunch of robots, with no will of their own, with the sole function of obeying His will – but He chose not to.

In making this decision, which He made because His whole ethos is Love and Relationship, God took a risk – that man would use his freedom of decision to reject God and go against His desires. Which of course man did.

Because God did not want humans living an eternal life in sin, He threw them out of the garden as soon as this happened.  Later, after thousands of years of struggling with the backsliding of His people, God took the ultimate step, by sending His Son to be the door that would lead man back to Him.

The issue of prayer goes back to the fact that God made the decision to give man dominion over the earth. By turning away from God, humans gave dominion over the earth to Satan. Jesus was fully aware of this at the time of His temptations, one of which was all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor.  “All this I will give you,” Satan said, “if you will bow down and worship me.” (see Matthew 4:8-10).

NOTE:  This does not mean Satan is more powerful than God – far from it!  What power Satan has on this earth is solely derived from the power men give him – and unfortunately, there are many who, wittingly or unwittingly, give Satan power.

By praying to God, we open the way for Him to act on this earth. God can act if we pray to Him, and if He deems our prayers are righteous. It pays to bear in mind the words of James in this regard:

“You do not have because you do not ask God. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.” (James 4:2-3)

I used to have this problem about prayer also, and I am grateful that within a couple of years of being baptized I found the book ‘Intercessory Prayer’ by Dutch Sheets – see sidebar. That book is a brilliant exposition of the whole rationale and power of intercessory prayer, and how prayer is necessary for God to operate in this world.

In my last post, I shared a video about prayer, its value and its purpose – see “The Commander In Chief Never Loses”. Among other things, Donna Rigney touches on this issue.

We are indeed blessed that Our Father saw fit to give us self-determination – even more so, that in spite of our transgressions He devised a way for us to be reconciled to Him.

(Incidentally, it looks as if the CCP and the Elite have been planning to overcome the individual will of men, and turn them into little more than robots, and our current problems (Covid-19 et al) are stages in achieving this end. Needless to say, that is NOT God’s plan for the future of mankind.)

The Commander In Chief Never Loses

“And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.” (Revelation 19:11).

The Supreme Commander of Heaven’s Army is one of Jesus’ many titles and functions. The great day of His second coming must be a time that is very close to His heart – as it is to many of His followers who eagerly anticipate His coming – spurred on even more by the events of the past year 2020 and the current mayhem occurring in the American political scene following the Presidential Election.

However, this is not the time to sit on our ‘rapture rugs’.  There is work to be done right now which will, I believe, bring about an outcome destined to set the world on its heels.

Through all the current dramas, I have clung to the firm belief that God Will Have His Way.  To an eye fixed upon the swirling drama of the World’s current events, such a belief seems to be almost madness.  But are we not told that current events – real and all as they seem to the senses – are not the only reality, and are not in fact the governing reality of our lives?

“Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.”   (1 John 2:15)

What does this mean?

It is important to correctly identify the meaning of the word ‘love’, here.  The world (especially the ’70’s) conditioned us to identify ‘love’ with romantic love and with physical desire.  The Greek has 7 words for our various forms of ‘love’ and the one used here is Agápe – a word denoting goodwill, love of parents for children, love of God.  We should note that it also means ‘pay attention to’, ‘concentrate on’.

Last night, I was scouting on YouTube – looking for something uplifting in the videos, and I came across this: “Donna Rigney: The Commander In Chief Never Loses A Battle!”

I most strongly urge you to watch this video and message from a lady who has given her all to be close to the Lord and carry His messages to the world.  She has advice on prayer, and advice on the outcome of the US Elections that you will not want to miss.

It is great to find such a heartening and enlightening message – especially for those who want to know how to make a real and lasting impact on the outcome of the next few months.

Blessings!

Generation Of Deception

“There is a generation, whose teeth are as swords, and their jaw teeth as knives, to devour the poor from off the earth, and the needy from among men.” (Proverbs 30:14)

The prophet Agur [Solomon] taught inspired wisdom for your life by sets of four things (Proverbs 30:11-31). He began with four kinds of people, identified by particular sins.

Some people love to take advantage of others and oppress them, especially those who are relatively weak and unable to help themselves. These violent persons have no ordinary compassion or pity, but mercilessly use others in any way they wish for their own pleasure or profit.

Generation here means a kind of person, for it lacks demonstrative pronouns or other modifiers for a period of time. It is not a prophecy of the future, when violent men would hurt the poor, for all ages have such sinners. It is not a prophecy of bad men in Christ’s time, for such a use would be unique in Proverbs and without practical wisdom for life.

The four generations are more than four temperament types – melancholy, phlegmatic, sanguine, and choleric – though each has sinful tendencies. The lesson here is beyond disposition: it is four kinds of people with specific sins. Rather than assign temperaments to each generation, learn the sin and the corrective wisdom for each kind of person.

The fourth generation, or kind of evil person, is oppressive and cruel in word and deed, especially toward the helpless, poor, and weak. This critical and condemning brute has no pity or regard for those in need or trouble. He or she is selfish, merciless, and violent. They do not have ordinary compassion for those under them or near them, and they may rise to positions of influence or power by corrupting or destroying those in their way.

Consider the first two brothers, Cain and Abel. How could Cain kill his brother for merely doing what was right? Especially after God warned him and told him how easily he too could be accepted? How could Cain then casually hide the murder, even when God Himself inquired?

Because he was a child of the devil (I John 3:12), and you show the same devilish spirit of murder when you are angry without a just cause (Matthew 5:21-26).

It is easy to direct the proverb at rulers or murderers in history like Joseph Stalin, Adolph Hitler, Mao Tse-Tung, Idi Amin, Pol Pot, Harold Shipman, Luis Garavito, and others.

But Solomon directed his wisdom closer to home, where aggressive or violent treatment of the poor and needy qualifies, from abortion to oppressing employees to defrauding spouses to harshly crushing the spirits of children to excessively taxing the poor to paying less or charging more than fairness indicates to callously ignoring those who are in need.

David faced such men during his life, Saul, Doeg, Absalom, and others. Even his own nephew Joab had a cruel spirit of revenge far different from David’s, which caused him grief on several occasions. He wrote of his predicament with such men in these words,

“My soul is among lions: and I lie even among them that are set on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword” (Psalm 57:4).

Jesus Christ, the Son of David, had to endure cruel and hateful treatment by the Jewish leadership during His life, and they forced His crucifixion in the end, though He had done nothing to harm them or their nation. Within his own band of apostles was a heartless thief, who stole from the poor and betrayed His lord, master, and friend for a measly thirty pieces of silver. Together they fulfilled this proverb better than anyone else.

Godly men are merciful men (Matthew 5:7). In fact, they love mercy (Micah 6:8). Solomon taught elsewhere that righteous men are even merciful to animals, but the men of this proverb are cruel even when mercy should be shown (Proverbs 12:10). It is the pure religion of Jesus Christ to kindly consider the poor and to visit orphans and widows in their affliction (Galatians 2:10; James 1:27). Instead of picking on the less fortunate, they pick them up!

It is the duty of every parent to teach their children to be merciful, lest they grow into the selfish tyrants condemned here. Since most let their hair down at home, it is a great place to teach and require compassion and mercy in all dealings. Sibling rivalries, oppressive parenting, irreverent responses, and other such relational problems should be corrected before a monster is formed by a dysfunctional home allowing cruelty of any sort.

In contrast to these wicked men, you may cast all your cares upon the God of heaven, for He cares for those who put their trust in Him (I Peter 5:7). Even if your mother and father forsake you, which is contrary to nature, then the LORD will take you up (Psalm 27:10). His mercy is everlasting, and you can trust Him even for forgiveness of heinous sins. Though He has power to condemn and punish, He will forgive those who confess (I John 1:9).

We should pray for wisdom and discernment so all can judge and discern rightly in these present, treacherous times.  Biden and Harris out of their own mouths have fitted themselves fair and square into the above description.  Wake up, people!
